Food Marketing Law Compliance Training
This course includes an in-depth exploration laws governing food company marketing with a new focus on The Australian Consumer Law (and its replacement provisions for Part V of the Trade Practices Act) including supplier-buyer relationships, marketing strategies and claims, and how for one is permitted to go before the risk of infringing the regulatory compliance requirements. Numerous food specific case studies and analysis of audio-visuals and advertising and food labeling samples are presented for discussion and assessment.

This course fully explains the relationships and legal frameworks but will not be focused
on specific to Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code requirements that are specific to the Code or product category specific.
This seminar will suit everyone involved in product development, marketing, quality assurance, business development but also the senior management concerned with product compliance risks associated with making product claims.
